Physical Therapy Handbook For Hard Labours In China

The Labor Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of workers in physically demanding occupations by providing education, recovery strategies, and preventive care. Many laborers face long hours of strenuous activity, increasing their risk of musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and long-term health issues. This program is designed to empower them with the knowledge and resources necessary to maintain physical resilience and sustain their livelihoods.

Through a combination of rehabilitation exercises, ergonomic training, and injury prevention techniques, we help workers recover from injuries and reduce the likelihood of future health complications, including CPR. Our program also focuses on nutritional guidance to support muscle recovery and overall well-being, ensuring that workers have the strength and endurance needed for their daily tasks.

NutriArt
Workshop

NutriArt is an innovative educational initiative that blends regional art traditions with indigenous agricultural systems to foster healthy, sustainable eating habits among young people.

Our mission is to empower youth with the knowledge and skills they need to nourish both body and mind—guiding them to make informed dietary choices that support personal well-being and environmental stewardship.

Through interactive seminars, hands-on workshops, and a hybrid online–offline format, participants explore the science of nutrition, discover the cultural roots of local foods, and practice sustainable growing and cooking techniques. By aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals—particularly quality education, zero hunger, and responsible consumption—NutriArt equips the next generation to cultivate lifelong health and resilience, celebrating the artistry and biodiversity of their communities.
